poor customer service

I went to legit Sammy marks store Pretoria on sunday19 august 2018 to buy shoes for my girlfriends birthday ,to our surprise our day was spoiled by the reception i got from one of their assistant staff who complained i had stepped over the wet floor which i didn't notice since they was no wet sign.she went on shouting at me mocking my cheap sneakers i was wearing,she uttered xenophobic comments"you girigamba..kwerekwere"is that what u do in your poor country.i felt offended i asked for the manager no management showed up .My girlfriend and i were humiliated to the bone.to do damage control i asked for the head office numbers none of the staff knew the head office numbers 'i will not sat my foot at that store due to unfriendly customer service .Patricia was the saleslady name.
