Poor customer service

Never in my entire life had I been refused to return goods that I'm not satisfied with and be given excuses why the goods can't be accepted. I bought jeans for me and a friend the next day I returned one pair of jeans that were fitted but not liked by my friend. The store manager at legit jubilee mall hammanskraal said with an attitude she will not accept the the jean as she claims they were dirty. The jeans were in the exact same condition I bought them the previous day, why are they good enough to be sold n not good enough to be returned?!?!
