Poor customer service

I bought an outfit for my wife and top was not the right fit then I went for exchange at Birch Acres mall as I am working there they didn't give me the original receipt or an exchange slip when I asked the lady why , she said is their policy. Then my wife didn't look as she expects to after that exchange she then asked me to do a complete exchange of that outfit and look for something else.

I then went to Phumulani mall as I am on leave the manager and the lady at the door they told me I had to go to Birch Acres mall branch. I told them why because you can still call them to ask for that proof of purchase. Unless you guys are not operation under one business rules. They didn't allow me to exchange and I am not in space to go at Birch Acres mall now.

I need assistance at Phumulani mall because is my local mall
