****** Phone by staff members at LEGIT store

My phone was ****** by staff members at LEGIT STORE @ Eastgate Mall 12/10/24.I was doing shopping went in the fitting room holding my phone in my hand when i get I put my phone on top of the small chair inside fitting room.after done fitting the item,by that time i didnt notice that i went out in the fitting room go straight to the till counter pay the purchase , inside store the no customers then went out.

After few minutes i realise that i left my phone immediately went back just when I'm about to get inside I meet the Lady named by Dimakatso staff member she going out of the store i approach her about my incident she ignored me. I got inside asked some lady to borrow me her phone tried calling it was still ringing..went straight to the fitting room i was in i find the bucket with water means someone was preparing to clean. I asked the store manager her name is Katlego she told me that the lady who put the bucket there is Dimakatso she went out to the bathroom. I asked if there were any customers after me you went to the fitting room the answer was "no". Instead the told me the Lady who works at Shoe City but the story didn't add up. Dimakatso came back now i tried calling my phone it was off. I asked Dimakatso and Thabile the both denied but you could tell that something is fishy here,the gave me attitude and started disrespecting me especially "Dimakatso" she told me that it's not their responsibility to check the customer's assets and they don't have the cameras inside the store they won't help me.

It doesn't make sense there were no customers inside the store then who else took my phone means it's the staff members.

How can they still for the customers !! I'm so disappointed i went back the store return the purchase I asked them again they still denied I'm not happy at all. If they continue like this they will loose customers. Can you please intervene expose them and this matter been taken further any investigation that can be done. I want my phone back I won't rest till i find it. Your help will much appreciated.
