Pethetis service and product Legit

On Tuesday I went to Legit in Pretoria cbd to purchase Mascara when I checked if it was dry or not your absolutely rude pathetic mannered staff member then rushed to me firstly not even listening to the fact that the Mascara was dry and would not be usable forced me to by it. Not only that she then made a scene about this is this really how you as Legit make your money by forcing clients to buy products that's already not useable. I would like to see what the retail ombudsman would say about this!!!!!!!!!Your staff should learn to respect clients???Or maybe that's just Legits way of saying that you don't need clients!!!
