Pathetic Service No communication with stores

They advertise new items on Instagram. I've asked them on numerous occasions if the item is available in Rosebank and they always say it is available in all stores in JHB. When go to the store, they don't have it. They also check on their systems with the item code and say it is in none of their stores. False advertising and lying to their customers. I've commented a few times on their page but they ignore it.
