PATHETIC SERVICE - LEGIT CLEARWATER

Purchased a pair of heels at Legit Clearwater on 12/3/24 and the manager packed them for me . I never wore them, after a day i had buyers guilt and decided to return them 14/3/24. The treatment i received was pathetic. I was made to wait almost 30 mins as the sales ladies were trying to look on an online portal. I was shocked to be told that the shoes were damaged when i have not even worn them. The manager is the one who packed them when i paid. MARY the manager there was not available and correspondence with her was via the phone. funny enough she remembered me.

MARY AND LEGIT staff - Don't take advantage of people by packing goods into the bags as we trust you as the customer that we are receiving a good product. i dont recommend this store to anyone!
