Pathetic service from a manager

I am extremely Shocked at the service received from Legit, I went into the store at 10am 22 September 2019 to get a laybye item...there was only one consultant at the cash desk ,who advised she could not leave the desk without any supervision,to my surprise it was actually the manager who had gone out and she had a damn attitude telling me about a break she was entitled to but my question is what if there were 10 other people to get their stuff.....no apology at all and an attitude out of this world ,I am extremely disgusted as a loyal customer of Legit .
