Pathetic service because they serve black community

Legit Jubilee Mall. Staff with no sense of service & agency, unfriendly, unwelcoming faces, unbothered.

It's Sunday morning, still on Black Friday weekend. The is 4 visible staff and the queue is long and no one cares. 1st staff, fully at the till pound(perfect). 2nd one unpacking stock, I've approached her & she said she will help shortly at the till. But she still continued packing her new stock slowly, at her own pace unbothered. Eventually cashiers asked for assistance with clothes exchange, then she joined her at last. 3rd one, just rooming around with her cellphone in her hand(chatting or so, not a call), so unbothered. She ignored us so bad. 4th one, at the exchange rooms(fine).

They could have even approached us to inform us about their challenges or so, and assures us that we will be serviced eventually. Some kind of acknowledgement. But no! Everyone was busy doing their own thing.

Maybe they think and feel that they are making us a favour by serving us. They forgot that it's a privilege having a job in SA.

I'm really disappointed.
