Pathetic service

I visited Legit store at Secunda Mall on the 14th of December 2023 I got to the shop around 18:30 I quickly did my shopping and as my daughter was fitting the clothes the lady said I should be going to pay at the till but I couldn't do that due to the fact that I had to see if the clothes fit her.

I got to the till and my two year old son greeted the lady that said I should go to the till ,and he kept on saying hello more than 2times to her and she said to him " I am angry with you I do not want to talk to you because your mother is making me to be late " I then said to her she shouldn't say I am making her to be late because I was at the till about 18:55 and the mall closes at 19:00 we both got engaged In a heated argument and the lady that was also assisting me on the till she jumped into the argument and I then said to them this is not the way to treat a client and they said they are not afraid of me or rather anyone in particular,the lady said she was gonna be late for her bus and i said unfortunately that doesn't have anything to do with me,what i know is that i got to the shop on time and also i was at the till at 18:55 they were very rude to say the least and they also diagnosed me and tell Me that i have anger management issues and i should teach my two year old son to not speak to them because they just answer anyone as they see fit, the 3rd lady that jumped into the argument said they will close the shop and leave me inside because they are in a hurry,I am also in a customer service organization and i know the type of service i should be getting not the pathetic service I received today.

I didn't know that customer service at Legit is no longer a thing.

Going forward I think Legit should close their doors at 18:45 so that their staff can balance/cash up and run to their transport because the service we get just before the shop is closed is pathetic.
