Pathetic Service

Hello, I had an order placed with Legit on the 23rd December and I did not receive any confirmation of the order. It has been stuck on the same page since the 24th no update no nothing.

I then sent their customer service 4 emails and they were not responded to but on the 4th one I received an email saying they cannot assist but will flag it for cancelation.

I sent a follow up email on the 27th, 28th and the 04/01/2026 but nothing. I went to the Adderly street store and they told me they don't know anything about online. I then went to the Liberty Promenade store and they told me they don't deal with online as it was canceled November already. It beats me why they allow click and collect on their website when they know none of their stores know nothing about online and don't accept online orders. I am now wasting more time trying to get assistance with this. This is so ridiculous, such a hussle I've never experienced such pathetic service. Can you people cancel this order and refund me I am tired of running after you man

I was patient because I understood the public holidays in between and that's over but nothing still
