Pathetic service

<p>I went to legit in sasolburg today to buy shoes and open an account afterwards but due to bad service none was done. when I got there I found 2 ladies behind the counter,I greeted and told them I'm here to open an account nobody said anything they continued doing whatever they were doing after a while one lady came and asked for my 3 months bank statement and I.d book. I gave them to her,she then told me to sit down. after 20 minutes of waiting she told me she can't open the account for me because there's a block code on my name. The lady next to her told her to call head office for them to sort out the issue. and I waited there for one of them to call the head office but nothing happened. They stood there talking to each about how tired and stressed they were about their work. I was in shock cause I didn't believe what was happening. I took my bank statement and I.d book on the counter and left,but still nobody said a thing. I went to jet and I was assisted. I then went back to legit so I can get the ladies names but unfortunately they were not wearing name tags. I then decided to buy shoes so I can get the names on the slip but none of them helped. so a lady by Joyce Mfene assisted I then asked her the names of the 2 ladies,she said it's Lerato and Palesa. What makes me more angrier is that this is not the first experiencing such service from that store,we can't be getting such service,something should be done with the consultants there</p>
