Pathetic service

I was at Legit store at Ficksburg on the 09/04/2021, where I got a pathetic service form the lady who called her self the manager of the branch. My daughter told me about a black dress that she supposed to buy for the funeral. unfortunately only two was left, I asked the lady at the door if they can keep them for me until 12h00 for that my daughter can come after school to fit as the made was too small, and we can afford to come back to the shop as we were busy preparing for my mom's funeral, it was around 11h00 and she referred me to the cashier. The cashier tried to help me but while we were busy talking the lady who called her self the manager and refused to give me her name and head office contact number, refused to keep the dresses for me until 12h00, she asked me what if the other customers will need those dresses, she was very rude, and shouting at me in front of the other customers. I have to buy both dresses even though I knew that I only need one, I am still having the dress because I just needed one, and I don't want to go to that shop again, the poor two ladies wanted to help me, but they did not have choice. And you can see that they scared of this bully lady. I will never ever recommends any one to buy from that shop and I was a regular client.
