Orderer cancellation and refund.

Ever since I ordered on the 4th of September and requested a cancellation of an order and refund because of the wrong address delivery pick up point at legit store, I havn't recieved my refund even today which is the 3rd of November. Imagine!😡. The only thing I keep on getting told is that I will get refund after the order has been taken back to the warehouse , the question is when? It's been 2 full months now the order has been at the PMB, KZN South gate mall legit store for pick up and I can't go there because it's too far I wants to be delivered at Southgate mall that is in Johannesburg. I am so angry and hurt I'll never ever buy from them again not even the people that are close to me will buy from the store and this is the second time I write a review about them on hallopeter.
