Order cancellation and refund

I have ordered online at legit store and my parcel was delivered at the wrong pick up point adress which was South gate Mall, Pietermariztburg instead of South gate Mall that is in Johannesburg. It been 2 months now and I have been calling requesting for a cancellation and refund but none of that is happening they have been telling me that the matter has been escalated over and over again and they will email me but they never communicate at all, all I want now is my refund I don't even want their parcel anymore!💔😪
