Online Purchase Customer Service Pathetic

Poor online customer service. I made a purchase online and received the goods on the 24th October. The sizes were small so I immediately sent a return order request via email to the *** email. Since the ticket was logged I only received a response asking for certain pictures of the items to be submitted as well as the pick up address in order to assist me further. After those were submitted no further response was received I have have been sending email every day just to follow up but no response. And today is the 4th of November and I'm still sitting with the product and unable to return it in store. The service is pathetic because I'm sure the products is sold out by the time the order get picked up, and by the time I get a refund for re-purchase. I have been a online legit client for many years ad the first time I need a return this is the pathetic service I received. What to do next?? Order no. ***
