Online orders gives hassles aikhona

I went to Legit Groblersdal to get a refund from an online order they’re completely shut me down and the regional manager was in the shop and gave me attitude because I gave her a straight face. How can a Legit in Lephalale give me a refund without hassles and they want to drag a refund, have me travel to and fro the store just because it’s a PayJustNow purchase, worse it’s a paid off order. I completely hate all the people who work in the store, they have bad attitude and answers that aren’t per policy, online store must collect their orders where they delivered them and going to the store should be an option, people treat us like we bought our items for 70% online or we got them for free nxa!
