Not_so_Legit
<p>I recently found out that the Legit stores no longer give cash refunds for purchases returned..they rather smack you with a Gift Card instead. I then asked the cashier "well isnt this unfair on seeing that gave you money for this item" all she kept repeating was "sorry we dont give cash back". Walked out as an unsatisfied customer because now I needed to go back to the store again because MY money is now on a gift card.<br /> <br /> I eventually went back and took something else which was a little pricey and needed to pay in the difference. Still a bit annoyed because this gift card was forcing me to purchase something i didnt want. <br /> <br /> Went back a 3rd time and spent over half an hour looking for something else....the item was of course leven more expensive but i was convinced that this was my last time in the store. Got to the cashier and was told "system wont allow the exchange because it is over 30days" <br /> <br /> I WAS LIVID! I asked the cashier "so what do You suggest i do with this dress that i dont want" she shrugged her shoulders.<br /> <br /> NEVER EVER WILL I SET FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN.<br /> <br /> I couldnt get my money back in the 1st place...forcing me to choose an item impulsively. If a store takes your money..isnt it only fair to get it back??? Why be obligated to take something else?<br /> <br /> Nowhere in the store does it advise or warn customers that cashbacks arent allowed. <br /> </p>
