No payment on refund.

My online shopping experience with Legit has not been a pleasant one, I made a purchase during the Black Friday buying two items, I got a notification after purchase that one of the items I bought was out of stock and I would get a refund 7-10 working days.I followed up on my refund payment and no response to date. No urgency to resolve this by the Legit Online team or their finance department especially when they are at fault or to retain their customer satisfaction experience, I am thought disappointed.
