No communication channel

I ordered clothes online at Legit, I usually do online purchases with them and I would get my orders within 4 days.

This time for the first time they assigned Courier guy to deliver my parcel, I had to contact courier guy in order for me to get communication regarding my parcel that they kept with them for more than 6 days, courier guy said I must collect the parcel (110KM away) and I refused. They returned the parcel, it's impossible to get hold of Legit via phone call, they don't reply to my emails too.
