My onlime oreder not delivered

I have made an online purchase on last Friday (05/09/2025) then on Monday (08/09/2025) my delivery was out for delivery and my order did not arrive, on Tuesday (09/09/2025) no communication was sent, then today (10/09/2025) they sent a communication that my delivery will be delivered by 19:00 but still not delivered at 20:00. When I track my order it says failed delivery because of incorrect address.

My address is correct on the order. My question is if the address is incorrwct why no one calls me to ask for directions?

I am so disappointed from the service I am gettimg from legit with their sdelivery company they have outsorced for delivery purposes and tjere are lot of complains abput RAM..
