More money debited from my bank account

On the 28th of february I went to Legit to pay my account and I used my bank card I payed R700 and the cashier debited R7000 from my bank account I'm so angry with legit because I only found out after that I don't owe anything from that account but the lady didn't even think of telling me that,now they don't want to reverse my money I was told to send a affidavid and a certified copy of my I'd and I did that they said I must wait 7 days for my money and today they called me again to send the copies again so I'm confused will I ever get my R7000 or what I'm so angry right now I'm even think of closing that account. this people don't think this is my child school fees money,now my child has to suffer because of legit I'm so fed up.please bring my money back
