Missold an item

I went to collect a laybuy for an item I paid a deposit for in June. When I got the I told the lady who assisted me that I will only be taking one as I had put two items on laybuy. She requested that I pay for both which I asked "why should I pay for both when I'm taking one?" She then requested that I choose which one I'll take then told me it has been reduced from R329,99 to R290 because it comes with free perfume. She then scanned it and said I should take the free perfume which I did. I did not check the till slip because I was in a rush. I got home and realised that the coat was in fact R229, 99 and the lady has just made me pay R59,99 for a perfume that I did not want. I then called the store but the phone was not picked up so I called the Canal Walk store and spoke to Elvine that confirmed that they do not have a promotion where you get free perfume upon purchase.
