MISS LEGIT - unaware of consumer rights act

On 07/12 I went into MISS LEGIT in Greenacres Port Elizabeth. I saw the brow pencils are marked down to R15 I decided to buy one as I needed a new one. I got to the till it scanned normal price. The cashier went to go check, all the pencils in the bowl was marked with the red reduced price stickers. She told me it's scanning normal price now. I told her we'll it's marked down so they need to give it to me for that price. She called the manager. Who told me it was their black Friday special she cannot give it to me for that price. I asked her are you the store manager telling me that? She said yes she won't give it to me for that price. I foned customer service who still did not get back to me as to why their STORE MANAGERS are not educated on the consumer rights laws. The staff are friendly but the store manager not so much
