Marked down items

I am disappointed with what i experienced at Legit Hatfield Plaza. The ladies that work there take marked down items for themselves before customers could purchase them, they took handbags that were marked down in front of customers and when we want to purchase them- they say it's stock out; 1 lady was even surprised and asked them why they do that- they just took the bags behind the storeroom and laughed. This happened on 25 January 2019 around 13:30.
