Managerial Bad service

There's a lady in Rustenburg Mall Legit Store, apparently she's the manager there. This lady doesn't have good managerial behavior towards customers and colleagues. One she never smiles with customers. Two she's so rude to a point where you'd regret asking her for something. She just sits on her lazy butt on a step ladder either on her phone or just looking at people walk in n out. The other day I went to the store I asked for an item unfortunately it was a factory I asked nicely to get me another as I was told by her colleague that there's stock, her best answer was I've been at the back that thing is not there. And one of her colleagues went to the store room to get me one. I was not pleased at all. It means if the other lady was not there then you'd have lot business for the day due to one lazy person that don't know what they are there for. And it's not just this incident I could mention other about this lady.
