Manager on Smoke Break!!!! Not to be disturbed!!

I wanted to purchase a dress in Legit Table View but apparently they did not have the barcode to get the price for the item and it was the last dress. I had to wait for the Manager almost 30 minutes because she was on her smoke break. Further more the cashiers did not have her cellphone number or neither could they contact the head office on their cellphone which i find very strange. Someone had to go look for the Manager and returned by saying shes on her smoke break I just have to wait or come back later! The phones was not working and the only working phone was in the Managers locked office. On her return she walked head down mumbling something but not even an apology was given NOTHING she just went straight to her office and never came out. She gave the cashiers the phone to get the barcode and all of that after 45 minutes!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
