locked fitting rooms 30 minutes before closing tim

I walked into legit at eastgate Mall at 18:30 this evening 25 July 2015 with the door wide opened. I proceeded to pick a few items and went to the fitting rooms only to find all were locked. I asked the security lady on duty and a shop assistant to please unlock the rooms only to be told it's late and the shop is closing. The shop closes at 7pm and yet at 18:40 the fitting rooms are locked. I then asked for the manager and was told she has left the shop. So why leave the doors open and lock the fitting rooms? The shop lost a potential sale and the assistants on duty didn't seem to care. I hope the owner of the shop takes this seriously , no wonder there is talk of Edcon selling Legit, I think they should<br> <br> <br>
