Legit Wonderpark mall keeping my money that was wrongly deducted by their system

Legit Wonderpark mall deducted two payments for one payment and promised that it will come back to my account between 3-5 days since money it was hanging between the bank and them since then I’m being moved from pillar to post without getting my money that it was wrongly deducted it’s going to 3rd month , Renata Coetzee isn’t trying anything to solve the problem thou the shop has been requesting the assistance
