Legit with BAD customer service

Legit hires very *********** and rude managers. So i went to Legit in Carnival mall to get a refund on some items i bought from them. And i found a store manager by the name of Onica on the till, i explained I came for a refund, she said to me she only has R300 on her till and and my refund amounted to R450, so she was short of R150 to give me a full refund.

She then said i should go take the R300 and come back at another time rudely at it... which i said i cannot be possible because that would be on my expense. she then said i should wait for them to get cash customers so they can give me my money, which i agreed to do and i waited for the whole hour and still no cash came from customer as they were paying with cards.

Only for the second cashier to return from lunch after an hour so the cashier can give me cash.

Shouldn't manager have authority to assist in contingency when cashier is not available? and aren't they supposed to be polite when assisting customers?

So I had to spend the whole hour dealing with a very rude and *********** manager when i left the store i swore my family and I will never by from Legit again.
