Legit store Baywest Mall I'm lodging a complaint against Legit store Baywest mall Port Elizabeth for failing to take responsibility for a failed transaction and refund .

On 15th January 2026 I attempted to purchase an item Legit store Baywest mall Port Elizabeth using Pay Just Now. The payment of R176,65 went through on Pay,just now side, but Legit system showed at time out and no item was issued to me. As the merchant Legit has a responsibility to confirm the failed transaction on the POS System and log a formal reversal request to Pay Just Now. Unfortunately non of these has been communicated to me. I have been left to chase Pay Just now by myself only to receive automated response about high call volume.
