LEGIT STORE ALBERTON DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINTS

I previously complained about a staff member at Legit Alberton by the name of Lerato Mokoena. I visited the store once again the other day and there she was, giving me so much attitude, whispering to her fellow colleague clearly talking about me. I really don't understand why your store keeps unprofessional staff members like this one around. Wasn't my complaint enough to take action against this employee the last time that I now have to experience her dirty unprofessional attitude again? Or is it perhaps because yet again she's friends with the manager (as per her statement the last time) that nothing is being done about my complaint? Next time I'll take pictures of her, put them on every social media platform with your brand on them!... Now I have to have the worst shopping experiences at this particular store because of a pathetic, unprofessional and disgraceful staff member?
