Legit store

On Thursday the 28th of December i was disrespected badly by a stuff member by the name of Nqobile who’s apparently the acting manager at the store. I had made a lay bye with the store 3months ago. I didn’t have the original receipt coz i lost it and nowhere in their shop do they have a no receipt for laybuy disclaimer that you can’t get a refund. I paid the laybuy in full and before that i told the cashier that some of the stuff in my lay buy i won’t be taking and she continued with my payment. Now when i want to get a refund for the things i was not taking from the refund it’s now an issue. Nowhere in their disclaimer is it written that i can’t get a refund without my original receipt. Which they never asked for when I was making the payment. She was condescending and very very rude. Refused to assist me and told me she won’t give me my money back coz it’s a lot of money. She only started took my matter seriously when I threatened to post on social media. I’ve never been so angry like that in my life coz of a store. Legit needs to train their stuff properly on customer service and not run the business like a tuck shop that doesn’t comply with SA consumer act.
