Legit Riverstone Mall

I was at Legit Riverstone mall this morning to return a dress I’d bought last week , the dress is small and I don’t need it anymore I was told I won’t get a refund because I lost my slip I then proceeded to ask the manager to refund me and reprint my slip she told me straight in my face that I won’t tell her what to do , she mocked me telling how big my bum is and then even pointed me on my forehead attempting to assault me, the staff stopped her. It doesn’t end there !!! I asked her to give me the area managers number and she refused , I borrowed the stores line so I can make a call to customer care and she refused , assistant store manager tried mediating the whole situation to no luck , I want this issue to be dealt with because I also work in retail and I know *****th customer service and today I was assisted close to none , almost assaulted and also sworn at
