Legit Richards Bay needs service training

I went there a few weeks ago to return an item. I went around 9:15 am. I was assisted by a very unfriendly Mbali who seemed unhappy to even be there. She refused to perform the refund on my card and then advised me I need to come back when she has money. The manner in which she handled the transaction was disgusting as she didn’t explain why I had to come back around 3pm. I refused and asked for an explanation only to find out she didn’t want to use the float for cash. Why could she not reverse the charge to my credit card ? I went back today to return an item ( I am a regular customer and great supporter of your store). The item was not my size. Mbali said she would have to give me a gift voucher ! Why ? She had no Answer. I insisted on it being reversed to my card or cash which she finally agreed.
