LEGIT ONLINE IS THE WORST

I bought on legit online store, I struggled to return the item in store and I initiated an online return. I returned the package with Pargo and Pargo informed me that it was successfully delivered back to Legit. Legit is however claiming that they cant locate my parcel and as a results I have not been refunded. It has been two weeks now and they keep giving me the run around.
