Legit Online *****ing customers refunds

I have placed an order with Legit Online on 04/11/2023 and paid through Payflex. My order number is ***. I have since returned some of the items and requested a refund. On the 21/11/2023, i received an email informing that a refund has been processed and it will take 7 to 14 working days. The 14 days has lapsed on 11/12/2023 and i still have not received a refund. On the 14/12/2023, i spoke to Marisha and she said escalated the matter and that Payflex had a technical problem and the money will reflect this weekend but when i called Payflex, i was told that they never had a technical problem. I called Payflex again today and they told me they have never received a refund mandate from Legit.

I am tired of calling Legit Online every week begging for my money. If Legit is not willing to refund me my money, they must make it clear so that i know what i'm dealing with. I have been very patient and this is unacceptable. I am not even sure that the matter has been escalated because i was never send proof of those escalations.

I always thought Legit is a reputable brand but you are giving me the impression that LEGIT online is a ****, very unprofessional and this is very concerning.
