Legit maponya mall

I never felt so embarrassed at legit maponya mall.i was there to pay my laybuy and I was assisted by ngwanaphodi.she asked for a reciept.when I told her I did not have it she looked so angry and said to me I was not given a receipt to keep at home.otherwise they would not give reciepts if we where to keep them at home.she told me it takes time to use a cellphone number and when I said I forgot it she told me it it not her problem I didn't bring g it with me.i asked her why is she being rude to me and that I never ever was so rudely spoken to by anyone in retail in that manner she said I should bring my receipt so we dnt have a problem.when i told her m working for a retail store aswel and I no how things were done she then helped me and started talking to me in a better tone.i felt that instant like I should cancel that laybuy and go else were.i was shaking and this ruined my day.never will I ever go to that store again after this laybuy.
