Legit make customers run like headless chicken from pillar to post

I had laybye at Legit Today I went to take out my Laybye .I had my Id with me I was turned away by store manager in Gugulethu branch advising I need to provide them with copy of my Id. I advised thag I dont have copy I have original ID can she make the copy on her side.she refuse advising the store dont have photo copy machine.If I really need my cloths I need to make sure I bring the Id copy.

I ask if it was the process she confirmed I advised her I was not told when I was opening the layby.I demanded to speak to the store manager ,store manager did not come and no one was willing yo serve me till I went to make copy. No document or process was displayed in any of theu counters confirming what the lady was advising. I am so disappointed with poor service from Legit.
