legit is nonsense

I bought a pair of trousers at legit maponya mall wat n awesome service I received there.now only to find out that the trousers don't fit then I went to south gate to do n exchange since I was around there.When I got there the lady told me they cannot do an exchange without my cash card but I had my slip.i lent to go look for the card n I couldn't find it when I returned a different lady assisted n told me they still won't assist me n I asked if there was n alternative then she said yes a no slip exchange n explained with attitide how it works n I asked could the other say that..she asked for my I'D n ddnt telme y.i will never buy at legit ever n as for the cash card they can keep it.
