Legit clothing store online

I order online from Legit clothing store,did my payment through payflex,i got my package and it was to big so I requested a exchange about 3 weeks ago So they emailed me saying that they arranged for collection so the courier came to pick up the exchange package about 2 weeks ago and i still haven’t heard from Legit or when my exchange package is going to be delivered,I already payed 2 payments on payflex for an item I don’t have. I emailed them since saterday and the haven’t rep**** to me!!!! I think thats really unprofessional!
