Legit Carlton Centre Bad Customer Service

I went to return clothes that I had recently bought at Legit Carlton Centre . The service I got there was not pleasent . The staff told me me that the thier system was offline and they can't help me since I'm returning clothes. I could not understand because they were able to assist customers who came after me who were purchasing with a card. I was not happy because I had to wait for about 20 minutes before getting assisted and I was from far. I wanted to buy something else but I ended up not buying because of the bad customer service I recieved from the staff.
