Legit campus square worst service and unsatisfying

I’m not happy with legit campus square I bought shoes there on the 22nd of May and I went today 29th May to go return them because I realized it’s winter I don’t want them anymore but I was told they don’t do return but only on level 1 who will stay with these shoes when I don’t need them I felt she didn’t even bother and had an attitude without understanding I’m a customer and I have a right while my friend did return her jean she bought there. Legit must do something about this because I don’t want this shoes anymore and I think I won’t ever buy again there but the fix
