First of all my husband struggled to get my laybye because he didn't have my ID, second time he returned because of loadshedding, as if that wasn't enough, he returned the third time because he didn't have a copy of my ID. Now I'm in a long queue due to bad service. One till just ****ed up and the other no one had attended. When it's my time to be served they just took the slip and no one asked for my ID.
