Legit bay west

<p>Very disappointing service from bay west legit when I purchase the pumps 3 for 2 they never gave the third one I went back today to refunded the manager said I couldn't refund the sale item I asked her if the CPA says that she was so rude and never gave me a chance to speak rather tell me I'm wrong and raise her voice at me I then asked her for her name she refused and kept her busy at the computer I then went to another cashier in the store and she made as if she can't hear me speak I then walked away and asked the sales assistant for the managers name and she refused to answer me I took a picture of the manager and told her I will take it further she clearly don't know how to deal with customers</p>
