legit bad quality and poor service !

i bought a pair of shoes from legit Bridgecity Kwamashu on the 6th November 2019 , I wore them the next day after a while I felt some discomfort from the straps I then realized they was a tape on that strap when I took off the tape I saw that the strap was torn and the tape was holding it together . I then went to my nearest Legit store at Game city where the store manager refused to exchange the shoes for me she said her whatapp group that's she chats with head office with is refusing. she could see that I had bought the shoe the day before and the defect was clearly a factory fault and bad quality of the shoe. I them asked for the customer service number I called and I was told that I would be assisted and I should expect a call from they service division I waited and I eventually sent an email to the customer service and I received an automated reply that I would be connected to this day 28 Nov 2019 no one has connected me. The service at legit has be very disgusting and disappointment.
