legit alexandra (Pan African mall )

<p>Bought Winter boots at legit store in alexandra pan African mall..i wore only the right shoe the time i made purchase knowing that im gng to wear them on sunday at work.the shoes cut sizes are not the same.on my tea time break i went to the store to show them that the left boot is not comfortable at while walkin.the manager Christina said i shud bring the boots back because iv left the receipt at home.on Tuesdayi took them bck to the store.them Christina said she cnt refund me the boots because the big boss is coming.i should leave the boots at the store they will call me back.i did that...on Thurs 8/06/2017 they called and they said the area manager said theres nothing they can do and i should take the boots..i think its manufacturers fault wen designing the boots..im now stuck with a pair of R499.99 boots that i can wear due to the fault..yes i dd wear the boots nd they are comfortable at all due to size </p> <p> </p> <p>Christina didnt even bother to give me or convinced me to take a difference design of shoes..m sooo disappointed </p>
