Two weeks ago I have made a complain on all their social media platforms, and even enquired with their customer care email, of which I have sent too. I had a complain about a pair of shoe I seek to have bought months ago, and for the very first, I decided to rock the shoes, before I could even reach my office(work) /destination I realized the shoes started to tear. On both shoes, and I also mention on my complain section that, recommended they should change their supplier or dip dipper in giving their clientele good quality on products. Till today no one has seem to contact me, no email, no nothing.

It out of errogancy when people act in this manner or treat me or us as customers like we don't matter. The quality of the shoe seem cheap as deemed by what I experienced "the shoes got torn on my way to work. And if I don't matter that's pretty bad for them.
