Layby cancellation

Currently have a layby with Legit in Protea Glen mall, went there for a cancellation and the manager was very rude even went as far as telling me that I should use my daughter's grant money to pay off the layby she further refused to give me a refund. She was very rude, unprofessional and offers poor customer service.
