Is this your policy Legit?

Horrible shopping experience at a Legit store in Sasolburg after a cashier refused to exchange an item (doek) with a like one just different print, She hadn’t even packed it in a plastic when I noticed a new nicer print. She refused exchanging it and claimed policy refuses to exchange items even when the customer hasn’t left the store. I was forced to buy the print I like again. I was so disappointed!
